Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Since each product is handmade, processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume.

  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days where available

Delivery times may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size or weight of your order.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking details where available.

 

Returns AND Exchanges

Because every Crochet Me Crazy product is handmade, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

However, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in excellent condition.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 8 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

 

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Handmade products without defects

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Sale or clearance items unless damaged or incorrect

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if production has not yet begun.

Once crafting or shipping has started, cancellations may not be possible.

 

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Crochet Me Crazy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Courier delays beyond our control

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events
