Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since each product is handmade, processing time may vary depending on the item and order volume. Customized or personalized orders may require additional production time.
Once shipped, estimated delivery within India is 3–7 business days. International delivery, where available, may take 7–21 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, size, and weight of the order. Tracking details will be shared by email or message where available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because every Crochet Me Crazy product is handmade, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
After reviewing your request, we may arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
The following items are non-returnable:
